Tochukwu Onyiuke graduated from University of Jos in 1999 and was called to Bar in 2001. His legal practice carreer began in 2002 when he joined the law firm of Onyiuke & Co as a Pupilage Counsel. In 2003, he proceeded to Middlesex University Business School, London where he earned a Masters degree in Financial Management in 2005. He came back to Nigeria in 2006 to join the law firm of Adejumo, Ekisola & Ezeani.
In 2007, he joined Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors under the distinguished leadership of Chief Anthony Idigbe SAN. He has been involved in both high profile commercial litigation and commercial practice. He has had cumulatively more than seven years experience in commercial litigation and corporate practice ranging from Project Finance, Procurement of International Debt Finance (Convertible Notes) and Capital Market operations. He has been involved in high profile commercial litigation from the High Courts to the Court of Appeal. He has had exposure in areas of practice ranging from capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency to civil matters.
While in Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, he led a team of lawyers to initiate the first ever Nigerian Class Action on electronic transactions in Nigeria in respect of all victims of unauthorized ATM (Automated Teller Machines) withdrawals and authored so many articles some of which are:

Tochukwu Onyiuke currently heads the dispute resolution section of the firm. He is a Member of Nigerian Bar Association, a Member of International Bar Association and an Alternate Director on the Board of Royal Exchange Plc.
Deborah D. Chukwuedo
An analytical thinker with a keen eye for details, Deborah obtained her Bachelors Degree in Law with Honors from the University of Benin and has her LL.M. in view from the University of London.
She has extensive practice in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including acquisition and disposal of businesses, group reorganizations, corporate restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures and general corporate advisory.
She is experienced in the practice, documentation, negotiation and dispute resolution aspects of Real Estate law, Commercial, Capital Markets and Securities matters. Deborah heads the Company Secretarial, Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Landraft Legal Services, she worked as an Associate Counsel with Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, where she was a key member of the Property Law, Corporate Practice and Capital Market & Securities Practice Group.
Deborah also worked at UNIC Insurance Plc, where as Real Estate Executive, she managed the company’s nationwide billion naira worth property portfolio, and doubled as the Company Secretary of VGC Recreation Club, a company wholly owned by UNIC Insurance Plc. She is a member of the Nigerian bar Association.
